We’re excited to announce the launch of our CPD-accredited Neurodiversity Champions course, designed to empower colleagues to promote neurodiversity awareness, support colleagues in accessing reasonable adjustments, and embed inclusive practices across your organisation.
We are launching the course on the 18th December. The course runs from 10am - 5pm. The normal price per delegate is £275. Our course is CPD Accredited.

What is a Neurodiversity Champion?
A Neurodiversity Champion is a trained member of our organisation who:
Promotes awareness and acceptance of neurodivergent conditions
Helps colleagues access support and reasonable adjustments
Encourages inclusive practices across teams and projects
Supports leadership to embed neuroinclusive policies.

Fosters a culture where different neurological profiles are understood and valued
Improves collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing
Provides a clear, practical pathway for colleagues to request and implement reasonable adjustments

The course provides practical guidance through a simple, modular structure focused on core neurodivergent profiles. Each module presents challenges, strengths, and reasonable adjustments to create inclusive work practices.
Core conditions covered
ADHD
Challenges: Working memory issues, time management, attention regulation, impulsivity/emotional dysregulation
Strengths: High creativity, hyperfocus, rapid problem-solving, high energy/idea generation.
Autism
Challenges: Social communication differences, sensory processing issues, need for clarity/predictability, stress from unstructured environments
Strengths: Detail-oriented, deep specialist knowledge, reliability and honesty, strong pattern recognition
Dyslexia
Challenges: Reading speed, spelling/writing, working memory, note-taking under pressure

Dyspraxia (DCD)
Challenges: Motor coordination, sequencing tasks, organisation, fatigue
