Mental Health Training

A clear distinction is often made between ‘mind’ and ‘body’. But when considering mental health and physical health, the two should NOT be thought of as separate.

Poor physical health can lead to an increased risk of developing mental health problems. Similarly, mental ill-health can negatively impact on physical health, leading to an increased risk of some conditions.

Many lifestyle factors can influence the state of both our physical and mental health:

  • What we eat

  • How we move

  • Our workload

  • How we rest and recover

  • Our stress levels

Let us help you to invest time equally in the pillars of wellbeing: NUTRITION, ACTIVITY, SLEEP, RELAXATION & STRESS MANAGEMENT… helping you to tackle stress and prevent ill-health.
